Project Description

The brief from Reckitt Benckiser was to work with their New Product Development Group (50 people) in order to re-balance the relationship between the twin business drivers of science/technology and marketing. The NPD Group sits at the nexus of these two elements and became a catalyst for driving innovation back into the business rather than always being led by the market.

Using a series of facilitated workshops and visits, participants were able to benchmark and challenge their own thinking processes in a steadily increasing range of creative environments. This programme involved working with visual artists, actors, ballet dancers, and gallery curators culminating in an incredible performance poetry workshop with the legendary poet, Ian McMillan.
