Who are we?

We formed People Create in Spring 2007 with the intention of creating credible and inspiring learning for a wide range of organisations and cultures. Our first clients were Marks & Spencer, UBS Investment Bank and the Cultural Leadership Programme (allied to Arts Council England) and since then we have gone from strength to strength, building great work for clients across the UK and internationally through referral and recommendation. Over the last few years we have had the privilege of working with hundreds of people, in organisations large and small across the UK, as well as assignments in the USA, Europe, China, Australia, Hong Kong, Nigeria, Bahrain, Jordan and Lebanon.

In order to serve our clients most effectively and to model the agility and freshness that they expect, we have built People Create around a flexible team of close Associates. This select group of diverse professionals share our passion for development and we work hard to role model how high performance, diverse individuals can come together in any combination and team size. Every client project is bespoke and when we put together a team, it is carefully chosen to offer the specific balance of skills, experiences and personalities that will deliver best for that client. This way of working also means we can field delivery teams that can work with five or five hundred people, depending upon what we are asked for.

Here are just a few members of our amazing team…
