With diverse leadership experiences in the arts and in one of the world’s largest accountancy firms, Mark is passionate about unlocking the potential of individuals, teams and organisations. He designs and delivers leadership and team development programmes across the world with the express intention of keeping things personal, creative and memorable.

He co-founded People Create to make a significant and positive difference to the way leaders, teams and organisations operate in commercial and cultural sectors. He is particularly interested in diverse thinking, innovative problem solving and agile leadership. Mark is a qualified practitioner of MBTI, FIRO-B and the Hogan Leadership psychometrics.

Sharon McBroom

About me

Sharon, who is co-founder of People Create, holds a first degree in Business Management and a recent Masters degree in Psychology. She combines a wealth of corporate experience – having worked for 15 years in marketing roles with iconic brands such as Shell UK, British Airways and Le Meridien Hotels – with senior commercial experience within the hospitality industry, including a board position as a marketing director.

Within People Create, she focuses on executive and team coaching to support individual leaders build strategic organisational and culture change.

Sharon’s specialities include personal and leadership development, executive individual and team coaching with both senior leadership and smaller teams, in addition to improving team performance through behavioural observation and feedback.

She is a member of the British Psychological Society and is accredited in the FIRO-B psychometric tool.

Ben Parker

About me

Ben is a psychologist with a Master’s degree in Work Psychology and a background in the fast-paced, customer-centric hospitality industry. He grew up in Switzerland, and has worked in the US, the UK and Europe for some of the world’s leading hospitality brands, in both hotel and special event management.

Now based in Frankfurt, Germany, Ben specialises in leadership development, coaching and mass engagement processes. As such, he works globally, supporting individuals and executive teams in strategy implementation, organisational culture, change management and behavioural change. Ben is a qualified practitioner of MBTI, FIRO-B and the Hogan Leadership psychometrics.

Liz Margree

About me

Liz is a business psychologist specialising in three areas: executive coaching to help leaders amplify their impact, resilience and effectiveness; facilitation for senior leadership teams to drive high performance; and the design/delivery of learning programmes to create behavioural change. She teaches the Psychology of Strategy on the Occupational Psychology Masters programme at the University of Hertfordshire, is a member of the British Psychological Society and is accredited in MBTI, Insights and Hogan psychometrics.

Liz also draws on previous experience of working in theatre and the performing arts to provide communication coaching on issues such as exploring gravitas; building rapport with stakeholders; presenting with authority and engaging audiences through story.

Steph Vidal-Hall

About me

Steph is a Time to Think coach and facilitator, offering frameworks in which people can think for themselves. She specialises in facilitating teams through points of challenge and transition, by coaching leaders to lead effectively through transformational meetings and by coaching individuals to develop their resilience and achieve their potential.

She has worked in learning and development throughout her career. She holds an MA in Teaching and Learning, is an accredited Action Learning Facilitator and specialises in working with populations under-represented in organisational leadership.  Steph is passionate about writing and brings her experience as a literary festival facilitator to Q&As for senior leaders.

Liam delivers development programmes and coaching across over a wide range of subjects including business planning, marketing, sales, finance, performance management and human resources. He also designs tailor-made initiatives to foster cultural change in organisations across all sectors.

A specialist in resilience, leadership and team performance, Hazel is solutions-focused, working in partnership with clients to define the desired future, explore the root causes of their challenges and facilitate sustainable and meaningful change. She delivers tailored and creative interventions using psychological theory and evidence-based practice.

Hazel has 13 years experience in Organisational Development. Prior to becoming a freelance business psychologist she was Head of Workforce Development for Hampshire Constabulary, Fire & Rescue and County Council developing a groundbreaking cross-public sector service.

She works across Europe delivering leadership and team development workshops, lectures in Work Psychology at the University of Winchester and is an ICF accredited executive coach.
