This week has been full of contrasts; the rural beauty of German vineyards and the hustle and bustle of London again.
We love working with our Swiss partners, Mobilizing Teams International, and by mid-week we were with them near Frankfurt, working with chemical giant, BASF. This global, senior leader programme is a creative and participant-shaped few days where we really need to be on our toes, never quite knowing what will come next!
This week the conversations revolved around key issues:
- Establishing and maintaining a Growth Mindset in a constrained regulatory environment
- Creating a feedback culture of radical transparency
- Predictable team dynamics and high performance
- Innovation in matters both great and small: global R&D strategy and coaching conversations.
By Thursday we were back at Somerset House in London, helping to create a compelling leadership programme for the cultural sector and refining our ideas with a great team.
